BADOUR ISLAND       sleeps 12-14   [6 bedroom, 3 bathrooms]

Rent is $2450 a week for up to 12 people, in high season.  For every additional person, there is a $50/ week charge [14 people would be $2550]. Otherwise, it’s $1200-$1800. That gives you 2 acres of land, 350 feet of shoreline, a half-sized lit basketball court, ping pong table, Napoleon gas grill, washer and dryer and large dock with deck.

We are two minutes by boat from the Marina and one minute from Isaacs Acres. You can rent a new aluminum boat fitted with a new, 9 1/2 HP  Suzuki motor, push-button start, for $475 a week. (Or an old boat and an old   9 1/2 hp which starts with a pull cord,  for $300 a week.)

The cottage comes with a canoe and kayak and shares a paddleboat with Isaacs Acres.

ISAACS ACRES         sleeps 7    [3 bedrooms,  1 1/2 bathrooms]

Rents for $1350 per week in high season. Otherwise, it’s  $700-$1100. That gives you 265 feet of  shoreline, 1 1/2 acres, airconditioning, a modern well-equipped kitchen,  a separate private glass bunkie with a queen size bed. The property has an  outdoor hot shower, screened in porch, Napoleon gas grill and huge deck with the most gorgeous views imaginable.

Isaacs Acres is one minute by canoe [or three minutes by swimming] from Badour Island. The property comes with a canoe and kayak and shares a paddleboat with the Badour Island compound. You can rent a 91/2 hp boat. Large families often rent both for extra space and privacy.

MAPLE GROVE    sleeps 8  [3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + pull-out couch; airconditioned for 2010 season]

Rents for $1375 in high season.  At other times rent ranges from $850-1250. Maple Grove is an incredibly bright and sunny 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage. One of the bedrooms is loft style, large but with very low ceiling and accessed by pull down staircase.

It includes a kayak and a canoe. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer and a screened in porch.

OAK SHORE        sleeps 6-10  [2 bedroom cottage, 2 bunkies, 3 bathrooms;

cottage, bunkie, and bunkie jr all airconditioned for 2010 season

Cottage [airconditioning and satellite tv] with bunkie # 1 sleeps 6, and rents for $1475 a week in high season.

For parties of 8-10 (or those who just want the extra space), bunkie jr.—which sleeps 3—rents  for an additional $300 for the week.
