BADOUR ISLAND       sleeps 12-14   [6 bedroom, 3 bathrooms]

Rent is $2600 a week for up to 12 people, in high season, which runs from mid June to Labor Day.  For every additional person, there is a $100/ week charge [14 people would be $2800]. In low season and off-season, it rents for  $1200-$1800. That gives you 2 acres of land, 350 feet of shoreline, a half-sized lit basketball court, ping pong table, Napoleon gas grill, washer and dryer and large dock with deck. There is a charge of $100 per week for each pet.

We are two minutes by boat from the Marina and one minute from Isaacs Acres. For $475, you can rent a 15 hp  pull cord motor on a 14 foot aluminum boat or  a fairly new 9 1/2 HP  Suzuki motor, push-button start.  (Or an older  9 1/2 hp which starts with a pull cord,  for $375 a week.) A 115 hp mercury 17 foot ski boat rents for $1150 for the week and a 90 h.p. fishing boat with trolling motor for $750 per week.

The cottage comes with a canoe and kayak and shares a paddleboat with Isaacs Acres.

ISAACS ACRES         sleeps 7    [3 bedrooms,  1 1/2 bathrooms]

Rent for this island property is $1525 per week in high season. Otherwise, it’s  $700-$1100. That gives you 265 feet of  shoreline, 1 1/2 acres, air conditioning, a modern well-equipped kitchen,  a separate private glass bunkie with a queen size bed. The property has an  outdoor hot shower, an outdoor bathroom, and an indoor powder room with a compost toilet, a  screened in porch, Napoleon gas grill and huge deck with the most gorgeous views imaginable. There is a charge of $100 per week for each pet. For 8, there is an additional $100 charge.

Isaacs Acres is one minute by canoe [or three minutes by swimming] from Badour Island. The property comes with a canoe and kayak and shares a paddleboat with the Badour Island compound. You can rent a 91/2 hp boat. Large families often rent both for extra space and privacy.

OAK SHORE        sleeps 10  [4 bedrooms total, 3 baths ]

Oak shore is a spacious two bedroom, 2 bath cottage, with double beds, a sleeping cottage with double bed and cot, and a small bunkie with a couch that opens to a double bed and  a chair bed.   All three buildings are air conditioned. In high season it rents for $1790 per week for 8 people, $1990 for 9- 10 people. At other times the rent ranges from $900- $1400 per week. There is a charge of $100 per week for each pet.

MARLA’S COTTAGES AT MORTER’S [5 units, rent the whole camp- it sleeps 32]

Cottages are 1-4 bedrooms, and rent in high season ranges from $850- $2450. Four of the five cottages are completely renovated and totally luxurious,  with a glass wall facing the lake. The cottages are just feet from the lake, with sandy beaches. There is a volleyball court, a playground, and a fish cleaning house. All renovated cottages are air conditioned and 3 have a Malm gas fireplace. They all have satellite TV.
