RENTAL POLICY
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. It can be paid through INTERAC, on line banking, within Canada. It is refundable less $100 three months before your arrival date. US residents can pay by check or paypal.
To pay by INTERAC, log into your on line banking, look for INTERAC Email money transfer and follow the prompts. You can get a video demonstration by googling INTERAC Email money transfer, Canada.

It should get you to the right page on paypal. You will be asked for the amount you want to send, the purpose (buying something) and the email address.

This will take you to the same page. If you do not have money in your paypal account, you will need to add 3% to what you are sending
REMAINDER and cancellation policy: The remainder of the rent + $250- $500 security deposit is due three months before arrival. All but $300 is refundable until two months before your arrival date.
If you cancel with two months notice, half of the rent is refundable.
If you cancel with one months notice, there is no refund but we will try to reschedule you for an offseason date.
In paying the deposit, you agree to read and abide by the boating safety regulations, a copy of which is in each cottage. Specifically, you must have a safety kit in every boat. You now need a boat license to rent a boat.
The security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of check out. If the cottage requires additional cleaning, if garbage is left in the cottage [it must go to the dump], or if there is breakage, there will be a charge against your security deposit.
LUXURY LINEN AND CLEANING PACKAGES AVAILABLE
LINEN PACKAGE: All linens, towels and dishtowels are included. You walk into the cottage and all the beds are made. At the end, just strip the beds and leave the linens to be washed.

CLEANING PACKAGE We will clean the cottage for you at the end. All you have to do is bring your garbage to the dump on the way out.
