Maple Grove is a Drive Up Property

We bought Maple Grove in August 2006 and renovated in June 2007. We put all new appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher,  and added a washing machine and dryer on the upper level. What we loved about the cottage was how bright and sunny it was. But there was not enough glass. We knocked out two walls, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, and put in 5 foot glass sliding doors.

At the same time we built a deck off the master bedroom, that leads out to an outdoor hot shower

We also renovated the loft. It already was lined with windows. We added a powder room, and put plush carpeting. The loft is only 5 feet high, at the highest point, but runs the length of the house and is perfect for a [short] couple or alot of children, who love it there and can sleep on the mats, cot, or blow up double bed.
